While in Parrott, we took some time to go to the big city of Bronwood to visit one of my dearest friends and childhood next door neighbor Ashley Wiley Lee and her daughter, Caroline. We thought it would be fun to take the kids to the Cotton Gin.

Even though I grew up around cotton fields, I have never seen the process from start to finish.. It was really neat to see the work that goes into it all. Of course it was also good to spend time with Ashley...it had been way too long.
