Happy 1 Month Birthday to Beckett!
I cannot believe how fast it is already flying by, but I am thankful for every day with my boys. Beckett has already stolen our hearts with his sweet little face and kind eyes. He is a very sweet baby, but he does seem to be uncomfortable a lot. He has been diagnosed with reflux, a lot of gas, and colick. We know that these first few months will be difficult and require us to make it on little sleep, but it is all worth it. At his last dr.'s appointment, Beckett weighed 11 lbs. and 11 oz. He is a big boy! He smiled after only being in the world for a day or so, but he seems to have more and more personality every day. He was also able to hold his head up very early on, and he can now hold it all of the way up for long periods of time. Beckett LOVES being held, but also likes music and swinging. He loves to look at the windows in our living room and rock outside on the porch. He has already been to Target, Kohls, Babie R Us, Safeway, Livermore Farmers Market, and In N Out Burger. Big brother Maddox likes to kiss him and bring him his paci and a stuffed dog (not sure why, but Maddox has decided that this dog helps Beckett). Maddox is very helpful to Mama by bringing diapers and wipes when needed, but he does get jealous sometimes. We plan on taking both boys to the San Francisco Zoo tomorrow!

you can do it! i feel like we are walking the same life right now. 2 boys under 2. if you haven't read happiest baby on the block, its worth the read. i'll send it to you if you don't have it. it helped a lot with eli. his reflux was really bad. ty has it as well and is pretty gassy.
ReplyDeletebut you've been a lot of places with your new one in tow. seems like you are doing well. i'm still trying to adjust. i've made 2 walmart trips alone...but thats it.
